Marina Pensinger
Women Founder Advisor | Helping Founders Untangle What’s Holding Them Back
Bio
Marina Pensinger is not your average founder. She’s a force. A serial entrepreneur who’s built seven businesses from the ground up, including a multi-location cleaning company with 20+ employees, a fast-growing healthy food brand (Fotogo) that’s redefining grab-and-go, a high-protein meal product (PowerCréme) set to disrupt the grocery shelves in New York, and a new lounge concept merging food, music, and community.
She didn’t inherit an empire, she built one. From moving to the U.S. at 20 without speaking the language, to navigating single motherhood, divorce, and unimaginable personal loss, Marina turned adversity into fuel. Every challenge became a business, every setback became a blueprint for growth.
Today, she’s not just running businesses, she’s creating ecosystems. From healthy living solutions to hospitality to real estate ventures, Marina’s work centers on one thing: making life better, easier, and more connected for people on the go.
Her approach is raw, real, and results-driven. No fluff. No corporate jargon. Just relentless execution and vision. Marina also shares her story through speaking, writing, and advisory work with House of Bricks, helping women founders break through the invisible barriers that hold their businesses and their lives back.
When she’s not scaling companies, Marina is building community, writing her memoir, mentoring ambitious founders, and planning her next big move. Because for her, there’s always a next big move.
